Yo wassup EveryBody!! For Todays post there Ain't gonna be much.. cos obviously we didnt go parkour today(went to safra to 'CELEBRATE' andrew's B'Day)... Just played alot of Pool.. But as for me. ahem.. i can now do 5 MUSCLE-Ups!! look at dat.. i improve from 3 to 5 in just 1 day. I bet by next month or better yet next year i'll be able to do 12! My Target for muscle ups..

Wassup vanila faces? It's Been a REALLY long time since i last post... And Fr a moment this blog was DEAD!? NEver.. Nikours BAck and better than Ever.. lol.. Recently i found out dat im slowly becoming the muscle-up master... OK not as pro as mango but still... So yeah. I dunno wad to say BITCHEZ!
ok ok.. I just uploaded a few video into youtube, which consist of our short hari raya special video..(noob) and some other noob shits.. i would'nt ever call this parkour.. ok Bout the first video.. Some Advise.. At the last part There's some 'words of wisdom by some apekk on the street'.. if you dont wanna listen to him.. just end the vid.. Cos theres nothing else after dat.. :P
