Yo hey everybody.. This Shaik here... Our 'Project' to put videos of us doing parkour is still yet to begin.. I think its cos we aint got no Camcorder and stuffs.. Anyways i was watching Parkour vids in youtube when i stumbled upon this very helpful video tutorial on Muscle-Ups... I dont own this video or anything... Im just sharing it..

Late-night Posting (on muscle ups).. hahas
Yo hey everybody, so late and im posting lol.. I just did some finishing touches on the blog... Overall, Im quite happy with this blog but it seems like theres somethin missing right? Ah.. anyways im still practicing my Muscle-ups.. lol dont know whats a muscle-up?? Muscle-up is performed by pulling up, but rather than stopping with the chin or chest touching the bar, the arms are straightened, raising the body above the bar. Generally in parkour, it is used a technique to get from a hanging position (wall, rail, branch, arm jump, etc) into a position where your upper body is above the obstacle, supported by the arms. This then allows for you to climb up onto the obstacle and continue. LOL Im teaching parkour so late at night!! (or should i say morning -.- lols)..

Yo peepS!!! well my buds- shaik and william have said most of it and left nothing for me... So wat i want to say is just that we ppl are just ameuters(i dont know how to spell so if i spell wrongly sry!!) that are trying parkour and wants the whole wide world to know and try this superb "thing". lol. later on, few days maybe, we will put up some of our own parkour vids. so u guys got to catch it up and comment. For those profesionals out there, pls do watever you can to help us improve-comment or link a vid on how to improve. Cause we are not trained profesionals.
