Late-night Posting (on muscle ups).. hahas

Yo hey everybody, so late and im posting lol.. I just did some finishing touches on the blog... Overall, Im quite happy with this blog but it seems like theres somethin missing right? Ah.. anyways im still practicing my Muscle-ups.. lol dont know whats a muscle-up?? Muscle-up is performed by pulling up, but rather than stopping with the chin or chest touching the bar, the arms are straightened, raising the body above the bar. Generally in parkour, it is used a technique to get from a hanging position (wall, rail, branch, arm jump, etc) into a position where your upper body is above the obstacle, supported by the arms. This then allows for you to climb up onto the obstacle and continue. LOL Im teaching parkour so late at night!! (or should i say morning -.- lols)..
