Yo wassup EveryBody!! For Todays post there Ain't gonna be much.. cos obviously we didnt go parkour today(went to safra to 'CELEBRATE' andrew's B'Day)... Just played alot of Pool.. But as for me. ahem.. i can now do 5 MUSCLE-Ups!! look at dat.. i improve from 3 to 5 in just 1 day. I bet by next month or better yet next year i'll be able to do 12! My Target for muscle ups..

YEAH... Training Like a Pornstar.. i mean rockstar!!! Today as per normal we woke up early to train our muscle-ups at the fitness corner.. And now i can successfully do a muscle-up on any bar(NIZAM TOO!) but we are using the swinging method.. Sooner or later.. Slow Muscle-UP!!! woo hoo!! so yeah after school we studied at the library for a while before Training our vaults on the long mattress near the canteen area.. Obviously we took a video of us(later you will know who is the US!!) vaulting the 9 foot/feet long( LOLS.. long like my hell!!! Long like my dick oso can :P) mattress continously(tiring like hell!).. After School Parkour Training..

Today after school, we practised parkour.. mainly on vaultings.. such as kong vault, dash vault and some other shit.. but dats not all we did today.. its just dat didnt take a video of our training.. speaking of videos.. So like pls come cos its no fun if im there alone training then you'all lacking behind... So just come and have fun!!! everyday 6.00am- 7.15am LOL kinda paiseh asking you'all to come.. so thats it luhs... nothing much.. Good Luck For Ye EXAMS!! And live your life as it should be!! Parkour is A lifetime commitment.. We dont DO parkour... We LIVE it... lol just some quotes from the man who started it all.. DAVID BELLE!! (i seriously nothing to do..)Damn i forgot i wanted to study chemistry... -.-

Parkour Training Review

Olah Bitchez... This here Traceur shaik.. yeah... Some of you may know that we held our parkour training today, in the morning and after school. Unfortunately im the only one who turned up early in the morning.. The others.. ( gopi and nizam) came late.. those bastards.. lol.. so anyways im gonna tell you what we did today.. oh yeah. NO NEED NIGGAS.. we got it all recorded.. actually the video is just below.. HEy wait a second .. dont just watch the video straight away.. listen.. So yeah after we made the videos... Me, nizam, Hasrul(asshole) and The cameraman ASHIQ Yao Hui(lols.) went to the MRT to relax while Yao Hui send me the videos to upload.. So while waiting i did some intense vaulting combos on a few railings(should have taken a vid -.-)  The first and the second tries i did it was nice.. but on the third on... i almost died.. okay not died but almost broke my arm.. How it happened?? i dive at the railing to do a monkey vault which would allow me to cat leap on another railing.. But i slipped at the moment i dive at the railing... This incident teached me a valuable lesson i parkour.. never be cocky and always remember the technique.. Oh yeah and life is all bout risk..lolss.. i wrote so much already.. But gotta tell you guys that Our exams are coming and that we need to study.. so dont expect too much from us.. oh yeah.. Off The Hook!!!

Hi im from YCSS Parkour and im gonna teach you some Parkour.. lol.. So.. Its been a long time since i posted, cos im busy training parkour, especially on  my Planche'(MUSCLE UPS!) So far on a chin up bar i can only do 3 Muscle-ups(consecutively i mean... DUHHS!!).. oh yeah recently me,nizam and AMIRRUL go out after school to train.. Mainly on precision jumps and rolls(???) So wanna know wad we did today?? lol Nothing.. Except that a friend dared me to jump down from the second floor of our school..Guess wad, i did it. At first kinda scared but after one try i went up again for another jump! Soo nice you know, its like youre flying, but going downwards...lol so its basically dropping -.- Too bad nobody took a video of it.. So anyways I've got some parkour videos from youtube to share.. It bout this guy named Blue!! Wo de ou Xiang!! So dats it for today macks...  

we seriously need camera men!!

well i been force to post but cant really think of anything now..cos i havnt been doing PARKOUR.....since yesterday nizzy,armiru and shaik go play at noon(i not free at noon...need to....u kno..lol) and today shaik go malaysia but don worried me and nizzy got do or should i say practise some Freerun Techniques..but cant really show ur how we do cos we got no camera men!!(oso known as "ur father")....guys i really do think that we need camera men....dude...btw thx for reading my crap..lol

Yo...late posting.lol. For this post, I'm gonna post a stupid video about stupid ppl doing stupid 'parkour'. And another few videos on parkour moves that I've yet to master or conquer. ENJOY:)

Yo parkour fans and enthusiasts... Well today, after Maths supplementary(BORING), Me, shaik and William did some parkour and bought some parkour equipments.. For the parkour part- I'm so sry cause nobody took videos so u guys must imagine Wat happened. We went all around JP(jurong point) to find our parkour team jacket.. The first jacket that we were interested was a black Salomon(whatever the brand is) jacket. It is clima cool and light. One of our most suitable jacket but to the horror!!! It cost $159 + $200!!!!!!.. so we had to search again. Soon after we went to sportslink. There were many jackets range from $39.90 - $120++. About 1 hour of choosing, we confirm on a Nike jacket-$65. Unsatisfied, me and shaik bought a clima Nike glove-$33 to go along with the jacket. Then the parkour begins... first parkour spot was a carpark railing. we were to monkey vault out of the carpark that was not so high.. Then 2nd spot was a a post box and the 2nd level of a bulding. We were to first climb the post box then climb into the building-scary. Last but not least, to jump down from the second floor which was quite short... Thats all for today:).

Yo hey everybody, so late and im posting lol.. I just did some finishing touches on the blog... Overall, Im quite happy with this blog but it seems like theres somethin missing right? Ah.. anyways im still practicing my Muscle-ups.. lol dont know whats a muscle-up?? Muscle-up is performed by pulling up, but rather than stopping with the chin or chest touching the bar, the arms are straightened, raising the body above the bar. Generally in parkour, it is used a technique to  get from a hanging position (wall, rail, branch, arm jump, etc) into a position where your upper body is above the obstacle, supported by the arms. This then allows for you to climb up onto the obstacle and continue. LOL Im teaching parkour so late at night!! (or should i say morning -.- lols)..
